This Rich Luxury Fruit Cake is packed with fruit which has taken time to soak in Stout from Little Valley Brewery in Cragg Vale. This soaking recipe gives the cake depth and flavour.

Each cake is hand wrapped and presented in a card box making it the perfect gift to be enjoyed with a cup of tea and a slice of cheese, just as they do in Yorkshire!

This fruit cake is made using nuts, so is not suitable for those with a nut allergy.

This product has a minimum shelf life of 6 months from baking, so there is plenty of time to enjoy this treat.
